Who We Are

Kelly has been working with the older adult population for ten years as a private care provider and care manager where she has discovered the vast areas of need for community dwelling seniors. She has a multi-faceted skill-set, bringing her work and life experience to the senior concierge business. 

Kelly’s grandparents were major influencers in her younger years as they made large investments of time with each of their 7 grandchildren. Their stories of childhood on the farm were invaluable and she cherished the long conversations of simpler times, where no computers or cells phones existed. Just being together and sharing was a great source of comfort. Their kindness and tenderness left an indelible impression that Kelly embraced and carried into her adult life. 

Kelly is a former elementary school teacher and still keeps in touch with some of her beloved students. She treasures those years in the classroom, which prepared her well for the important calling of motherhood. Later as an empty-nester, Kelly began her search for a rewarding career which led her to working with older adults, providing in-home private duty care. It was in that setting she discovered her gifts in working with the older population. She yearned for a deeper understanding and found herself back in school, earning a Master’s in Gerontology. She found her calling and formed Superior Aging Care, a senior concierge services business. Understanding and being able to fill the various needs of seniors is Kelly’s passion. She strives to be a role model for younger generations entering the aging profession. 

Today, Kelly enjoys speaking on relevant aging issues that impact current and future generations. She is an advocate for the elderly in the public arena and works tirelessly on their behalf to make aging-in-place more manageable. For every problem a senior comes up against while living independently, Kelly searches all options and provides reasonable and affordable client-centered solutions. In her leisure time, Kelly enjoys spending time in nature hiking, kayaking, and walking on the beach. Her other hobbies are cooking healthy foods, reading, and practicing her Christian faith. Time with her family is her favorite pass-time.
